Products Details:
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella1 Cup Shredded Parmesan
2 Large Eggs
Preheat Oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Place 8 cheese piles onto parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes to set before using.

Makes 8 cheese buns
